Cập nhật quy định pháp luật về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân

Ngày 26/06/2025, Quốc hội Việt Nam đã thông qua Luật Bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân, có hiệu lực từ ngày 01/01/2026. Để hướng dẫn thi hành Luật này, ngày 31/12/2025, Chính phủ đã ban hành Nghị định số 356/2025/NĐ-CP quy định chi tiết một số điều và biện pháp thi hành. On 26 June 2025, the National Assembly of Viet Nam passed the Law on Personal Data Protection, which will take effect from 1 January 2026. To provide guidance on the implementation of this Law, on 31 December 2025, the Government promulgated Decree No. 356/2025/ND-CP detailing a number of articles and measures for implementation.
